Onsite Registration & Badge pickup
Registration is in Exhibition Hall on the 4th Level of the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel and will be open from 31 October thru 2 November 2023. Using QR code provided above at the registration desk. Staff will be able to assist you during the following time schedule.
· Tuesday, 31 Oct – 08:30 – 16:30
· Wednesday, 1 Nov – 08:30 – 17:30
· Thursday, 2 Nov – 08:30 – 17:30
Conference Badges
Badges will only be issued to attendees who have paid the full conference registration.
Badges are required to enter the conference and should be worn by all participants while in the conference areas. Badges validate your registration and may be utilized to validate registration for workshops, sessions, welcome reception, etc. Badges can be printed at the registration desk during the published hours listed above. Name as provided for registration will be the name that appears on the badge.
Proceedings

Wi-Fi Information
Wi-Fi is provided complimentary throughout the TENCON meeting space.
Poster Sessions
Poster Sessions will take place in the exhibition hall on the 4th Level of the Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel during 14:45-16:05. Each paper assigned to a Poster session will be presented at an assigned poster board. The authors are encouraged to put their posters on the dedicated poster board from 1 November 8:30 am onwards and removed by 16:30 on 2 November. Otherwise, our staffs reserved all the right to take down the poster and eliminate it afterwards.
Oral Presentations
Authors are encouraged to present their research work in summary and concise and within 10 minutes. Should there be any Q&A following the presentation, the time allow is not more than 5 minutes and the total time for each paper should not exceed 15 minutes.
TENCON Author service
(TENCON Author Service located at the exhibition hall, 4th level). All speakers should check in at the TENCON Author Service preferably the day before your session to upload your presentation. If you are checking in on the day of your session, please come by at least 2 hours prior to the start of your session. Technicians will assist with the upload of your files and provide the opportunity to preview and/or edit the presentation as necessary. If you are unavoidably delayed, you must still go directly to the TENCON Author Service. Do not bring a laptop or other media device directly to the session room.
