Registration rates

Please read the detailed information below:

For an accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, it must be covered by at least ONE full registration on or before 15 AUG 2023. Each author’s full registration can cover at most one paper. No paper can be covered with a student registration. Student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students.  Papers without a full registration will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

Full and student registration fees includes:

• One printed conference program.

• Access to all conference sessions and workshops.

• Lunch on 1, 2, 3 November 2023

• One admission to the Welcome Reception in the evening of 31 October 2023

• One admission to the Banquet on 2 November 2023

Conference Refund and Cancellation policy:

• The Registration Fee is non-refundable. The Conference Organizing Committee has tried the best to keep the Conference Fee at the lowest. The charged fee is just to make the conference breakeven and the expenses have most been committed or spent. Hence, in any case that uncontrollable mishap happens rendering the cancellation of the Conference, the fee will not be refunded.

Payment Methods:

• Registration payment can be accessed via PaperCept system upon uploading the camera-ready format. 

• The conference accepts payment by credit cards.

• On-site registration can be paid by credit cards and cash. If you have any questions regarding registration, kindly contact tencon2023gmail.com.

• Domestic wire transfer is applicable for local authors in Thailand in THB only. Author must log in to the registration step and select the payment method as 'Bank Transfer'. The payment status will be set to 'PENDING'. Author must provide proof of transfer via the link below. When the transaction is approved by the financial team, the status will be changed to 'PAID' and the author will be allowed to continue their camera-ready submission.

• Please note that wire transfer approval process could take 5-7 days, and might be longer for international transfer.
